“Attention, they don't allow to pay by card”
The pool and patio look nice, but the mattresses were filthy and a construction site next door worked all day. The stay was very disappointing. When we arrived the room wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We were also asked to pay in cash without prior notice. The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, with moisture and mould on the walls, limescale on the tap and a shower that didn’t work properly; I have photos of these problems. Throughout our 7‑day stay the room was never cleaned, the bathroom was never cleaned and our towels were never changed. We also had several power cuts, including one that lasted about 5 hours. There was no reception and the person in charge didn’t respond to our messages. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and the stay was disappointing.
