Our attic apartment was spacious and had almost everything you need, and the central location was great. The price was perfectly reasonable. In summer the attic got too hot; the air‑conditioning fan was too small and noisy, and opening the windows was impractical because of the train station and traffic. Breakfast was fine, but there were far too few rolls and bread, which should be better planned.

Location right next to the center. Friendly, very nice staff and delicious breakfast. Super clean, newly furnished everything. Good beds. Even free parking right next to the hotel. Great price/quality ratio. It takes a bit of effort to get onto the parking lot, but that’s to be expected in the center. The advantage is that it’s right at the start of the city. Daytime traffic is heavy, but evening/night is much quieter and well insulated, and I slept very well.

Nothing positive. The room was so loud all night, like an airport; at least in my room you could hear the forum, main street, and a bus stop right under the window. I barely slept. The bathroom fan was removed and not replaced, the remote was non‑functional even though the front desk tried to help, there was no window handle for ventilation, walls were dirty, baseboards were broken, walls had cracks, the toilet flush handle had something disgusting in the crevices (see photos). The construction site with a suction bucket on the federal road did nothing for the hotel; when you exit the door you get the impression of a junkyard, but whatever, I survived. Breakfast? One day it was stale, the next day soft rubbery rolls from yesterday – everyone has to figure that out themselves.
