Breakfast offered a wide range of options, from healthy to organic to kid‑friendly. The ongoing construction outside, the absence of a gym and pool, the limited supply of cutlery—especially teaspoons—and the lack of glasses in the room all dampened the overall experience. Fixing these would greatly improve guest comfort.

The hotel is well situated near the old town and is well equipped. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive. No issues.

The breakfast was fantastic, and I’ll be back for more. The room was pleasant, spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a comfortable bathroom featuring a toilet shower and a large walk‑in Italian shower. The view of the city is lovely, and the hotel occupies the upper floors of the Koki Tower. Supplies are high quality. The air from the AC had a slight musty smell at start‑up, probably just a maintenance issue. Once that’s sorted, the hotel is perfect.
