The place is right by the beach, which is great, but the room was tiny—just a girls dormitory—so no proper cleaning service, and the common kitchen in front of the room made cooking smells linger. The bathroom was just okay and there was no ventilation.

The location is directly beside Anjuna Beach, the room is spacious and the air conditioning works well. The owner is very friendly and gives tips about local spots, ordering taxis, etc. The Indian breakfast is also very good. The rooms could use some renovation and the staff’s English is still developing, so communication was a bit hard without the owner, though everyone was still friendly and helpful.

I loved that it’s close to the beach and the market, and the staff are super nice and helpful—especially Biju, who is a wonderful person who can help with everything. Thanks a lot to the owner; he was so sweet to let me check out a little late and didn’t want any money even when I offered. Such a sweet gesture, hard to find people like that these days. Nothing was bad here.

The staff are good and the owner is very cooperative, doing a fab job—kudos to him. The interior needs refurbishment.

Getting to the beach is easy and the staff were really helpful. The washroom isn’t maintained at all.
