The staff were friendly, yet the room wasn't well insulated from noise.

The receptionists were nice, but at first I was told I could use the spa until 20h, and when I tried to go at 19h it was no longer possible because I’d have to book the day before on Planity… not very cool, because I had an hour left that I thought I could enjoy after a calm hour of sun at the pool, which I loved otherwise. The Planity restriction that you can’t just go to the spa whenever is really restrictive. Also, who still puts carpet in hotel rooms? They’re bacterial nests. The bathroom was fine, though.

The pool and tennis court were great, but there was nothing to eat on site, the breakfast had few fruits, and the room was small and warm.
