The AC worked well and the room was spacious enough, but the hotel’s name is actually Crystal Hotel, not Hotel Crystal by Glitz Hotels; the front desk was clueless about my booking, I had to call a Glitz representative and wait 10 minutes for confirmation, the bed wasn’t fully cleaned, there were drain flies everywhere in the room and bathroom with roaches moving around, Wi‑Fi was terrible—airtel users got zero connectivity—and there were no windows.
