Everything – the location, the property, and especially the host Damiano and the breakfast lady Sabrina – were incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend trying their wine and olive oil tasting, made by Mr. Damiano himself with professionalism, love for the products, and the Umbrian land.

Everything was perfect! The beautiful place lets you truly relax without any noise. The pool is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly :-) I would definitely recommend it. Many restaurants are just a 10‑minute drive away.

The structure is beautiful. The owner and staff are kind. It’s ideal for a relaxed visit to Perugia, Todi, and the main Umbrian cities. There is ample on‑site parking and a nice pool. The breakfast offers quality products but is mostly salty (cold cuts and cheeses). It would be good to have typical Italian breakfast items (cornetti, sfogliati, etc.). There are no mosquito nets, and there are too many flies around the pool.

The location is wonderful, the owner is friendly, and the pool is nice. Nothing else.
