The buffet was extensive and the beach was close by. A very unfriendly, utterly unhelpful lady at reception made us feel unwelcome; we arrived at 14:00 and were given the impossible room 516. This was our second stay here and it was nothing like the first time.
Everything was perfect.
“Court”
The hotel was clean and decent; a bit more flexibility for guests’ needs would help, especially with the pool and spa opening times. The massage with Alexandra was extraordinary. We didn’t like being almost forced to leave the breakfast area when we hadn’t finished our plates—though we understand staff have work to do, it was unpleasant. Also, the front desk service felt stretched, with long waits and a busy receptionist.
“Un bon séjour”
The location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, parking, and food were all great. The pool wasn’t heated, the soundproofing was poor, and the activities during dinner that ended at 21:30 felt too early.
“Excellent 5 stars”
Everything was wonderful—location, food, staff, rooms, cleanliness—highly recommended and I’ll return 😊. Everything was perfect 👌
