The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant and bar were good; however, I was charged twice for laundry, paid cash to the morning reception without a receipt, and they flat‑out denied having received the payment, which marred an otherwise excellent team.

The location was convenient and the rooms were comfortable, with no problems at the moment.

When I arrived at the hotel at night, there was no room assigned to me, so I had to search for alternatives and ended up paying more at a different hotel. It’s also odd that what they show online doesn’t match what you see on site, and the hotel isn’t as clean as advertised.
