The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena, and Jean-Médecin shopping street, with nearby public parking and easy access to Nice-Cote d'Azur Airport.

The location, staff, and facilities were great. They gave us free beach towels, handheld fans, and a nice selection of coffee, tea, still and sparkling water. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again. Everything was great.

The spot is great, not far from the beach, and a short walk gets you to the bus stop. The staff are kind, especially Saloua, who helped with check‑in and offered plenty of advice and suggestions. If you want to book a restaurant or a guided tour, just ask them. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy.

We snagged a Junior Suite for a single night because my family had an emergency; the place is almost invisible from the street but feels like a boat‑shaped home with clever use of small spaces. The room comfortably fit three people, and the terrace with a side view of the sea was a highlight. We also had a blast playing billiards on the common deck. The staff were friendly, making the stay feel homely and cozy, so I'd book again. The room was a touch chilly, though.

The city is in a nice spot, but the rooms feel cramped, especially the ones facing the back; opening their windows brings in a strong smell of food.
