The staff’s energy was a real highlight; during check‑in, individual guests like us had to wait a long time at the same counter as a group, standing for quite a while. Yet the young male receptionist never stopped smiling, kept an eye on everything, and jumped in to help whenever another staff member needed it, which I appreciated. The bellboy at the entrance was also very attentive. On the downside, the female staff near the entrance chatted a lot among themselves, and the GM‑type figure seemed to be giving very detailed directions, which felt a bit off for guests to see.
