Breakfast was delicious, the team was very attentive and wonderful. Because the reservations were for more than one person, the rooms varied a lot; the suite‑level room was better, the other room was poor, and my bosses complained a lot.

I really liked everything—staff were attentive, breakfast was good, and the overall cleanliness was fine; I can't recall any negatives, so I think I liked everything.

The staff were polite, especially the front‑desk attendant Mariana, who was very attentive and kind; housekeeping was spotless, breakfast was tasty, and Ilze in the kitchen was helpful and friendly; the hotel is well situated with a lovely beach view.
