“Horrible!”
I never got to stay there; suddenly they couldn’t locate my reservation, so I lost my money, room, and time.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the room comfortable, but there was no ice machine.

The staff were friendly, yet I stood for about an hour after arrival even though I had a check‑in time, the TV didn’t work, the AC was awful, and there were no towels.

Kayla was amazing and so helpful, but there was no linen service.

They refused to give us extra towels, saying we should wash the ones we had or pay for more.
