Hotel Tugu Lombok

We stayed with our 4‑year‑old daughter at Hotel Tugu for eight nights to finish our trip around Asia. We had a fantastic time; the hotel is spacious with two swimming pools, two restaurants, two bars, a beautiful beach, plenty of greenery, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. It was a party to stay here; everything was perfect and the staff were always ready to help. The restaurant menu was extensive and every dish we tried was delicious. Throughout our stay the staff provided fun, thoughtful surprises. If you don’t like nature and bugs, you should skip this place. No negatives.

“Magical Indonesian experience”

The hotel feels like a hidden gem, a charming step back in time with beautiful design. The staff were all friendly and added many thoughtful touches to our room, making the stay memorable, especially the flowers and towel setup on the last night. The building shows a little wear and tear, but that adds to its character. I would strongly suggest upgrading the beach towels, as they really lower the overall experience.

Breakfast and the restaurant were very good and tasty, and the staff were nice. There aren’t many activities nearby.
