The spot was perfect for wandering around Ho Chi Minh, but the room itself was a bit noisy; we could hear the other guest and the AC or pool system at night.

The staff handling the services, especially the breakfast gentleman, were very helpful and pleasant. However, the room was not insulated, which was a key selection criterion for us. The "city view" room actually looked out onto the street and a building. The front desk staff were not friendly. The gym had no air‑conditioning. The pool loungers’ cushions were dirty.
