“Would like to come back to a more improved kitchen and menu options. Perhaps after the restaurant opens next year.”

The building, interior and decor were beautiful, my room was lovely, the modern amenities and bed were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic—love the Condesa and Amsterdam area. However, the plumbing was bad, the bathroom had a water stoppage, the breakfast was underwhelming with minimal options, it felt like the kitchen ran out of groceries and didn’t bother to restock the pantry, and the staff were very nice but seemed inexperienced.

Breakfast was served very late, and there was no chance to order anything else. No service, no staff to attend.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, yet plenty of coffee shops and bakeries were within walking distance. The breakfast, however, was a bit bland.

“Nice structure with need to improve service level”

The building is wonderful and in a very convenient spot – the staff were kind and helpful, letting us check out late on our last day. The furniture design is nice, showing a clear passion for design. The service range is very limited, breakfast minimal… it doesn’t really match the high‑end hotel level the price suggests. The room was dark.

“No incluye desayuno”

The location is great and the place is very pretty; the spaces are beautiful and everything is very clean. Towels are high quality and the bathroom is gorgeous; all staff were very attentive. Enrique at the door was very kind. I feel the included breakfast is a lie because it isn’t a real breakfast – you’re given a choice of a few tea or coffee drinks and a fruit‑yogurt‑granola cup, which to me is just a courtesy that most hotels give for free. The real breakfast with eggs and food costs extra, so they shouldn’t say it’s included. That disappointed me because one of the reasons I chose it was the included breakfast, and we ended up having to go out every day.
