The staff were helpful, breakfasts tasty, location good, view nice, the shower had all the essentials (soap, shampoo, shower gel, disposable brushes, shaving kit). Two pillows per adult on the bed. We were three adults and a child (2,9 years). The sofa made a convenient extra bed, set up and made up, which was very nice. The room was warm, no air‑conditioner but you could sleep with windows open. What we missed was a mini‑fridge; since we traveled with a child it was important. We were offered the staff kitchen fridge and there was a microwave, so we cooked porridge for the kid. The bed creaked a bit, but that didn't bother us much. Thanks for looking after us!

Great experience – rainforest vibe, a “bathtub” built into the floor before the treehouse, excellent food, very friendly staff!

The view was good, the facilities weren’t bad, but a female staff member ruined the trip. The third‑floor room had a small window and a triangular ceiling near the window, so I hit my head several times while passing. The staff woman was very rude. I knew breakfast wasn’t included, so I asked for a discount, but she said I’d have to pay in the morning, so I couldn’t. Then at 9 am the restaurant opened, I went in, and the staff woman immediately kicked us out, saying “your room doesn’t include breakfast, leave.” We had entered at the scheduled time and had told her we’d pay in the morning, but she said the breakfast wasn’t ready and locked the door, making other guests wait at the entrance. I felt sorry for the guests who were visiting Kazebeg first time. This was my first such experience, it was absurd and outrageous. I will never return to this hotel that lacks courtesy and respect for guests.
