Service was always efficient and appropriate. The room was very comfortable, spacious, had good climate control and dark‑out shades, was nice and quiet, and the location was superbly convenient with a tram across the street and a subway at the end of the block; there were plenty of restaurant choices within a 3‑10 minute walk.

The location was good and the room interior was elegant, and the swimming pool was nice, but the AC didn’t work properly and ruined the whole stay, and the service was very slow; I had to call multiple times and wait more than an hour on some occasions for someone to address my requests.
