The staff were very friendly and attentive, but the room’s facilities were terrible: the old, bad bathroom and freezing shower water (later fixed). A maintenance man entered the room repeatedly to clean and repair the shower, which felt inappropriate. Lockers were charged after check‑out; most places are free, yet I was billed €5 for 3 hours and another €5 for a 10‑minute delay. The price was high for what the room offered.

The room was very spacious and clean, the cleaning guy came in the afternoon to check the bathrooms, and the four-female beds were a good touch since other hostels only have mixed rooms. The location is about a 10‑minute walk to the train station that connects to the airport. The reception staff are friendly 24/7. The hostel is pretty, with lounge areas, a kitchen, and an elevator. The terrace offers good city views. The breakfast was a star‑lowered disappointment: a plastic cup for coffee, no option to use a normal cup, no buffet to repeat, only two mini triangular sandwiches, an unpeeled apple, and a croissant for €8… there are places with better breakfasts.

The location was amazing, the place looked very nice, and the décor made it feel comfortable, yet the rooftop closed at 12 with the bar, the bar itself was fine, but the rooftop lacked facilities for cooking and preparing food.
