Nestled 100 m from Lake Geneva’s shore, L’Hôtel by Hostellerie du Château sits in Rolle’s historic centre, offering a fine‑dining restaurant and bright rooms equipped with flat‑screen TVs and spacious bathrooms featuring hairdryers. A‑one Business Centre lies within a 5‑minute drive, while the train station is a 5‑minute walk. Geneva and Lausanne are reachable by car or train in 20 minutes.

We were greeted warmly, and our penthouse room was unique with two levels and a slanted roof, impeccably clean with comfortable beds and a large bathroom that includes a bathtub; everything was perfect (note that it isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues, as there’s no elevator). The restaurant offers a good selection and is highly recommended. All was fine.

Family‑owned and run, we loved both the restaurant and the stay, both were superb.

The reception was very warm and courteous, located right on the lake, and there’s a paid parking spot right in front of the hotel. The bathroom had a bathtub, but I prefer a shower.

Frühstück war gut, auch das Nachtessen, ruhige Lage in Seenähe. Es konnten nur 2 Bikes in der Heizung sicher und wettergeschütz eingestellt werden! Wir waren aber mit 4 Bikes unterwegs. sollte die Anreise mit Bikes und die Garagiermöglichkeiten mit Akku-Nachladung ins Hotelangebot aufnehmen. Wir lassen die Bikes nicht gerne draussen über Nacht unkontrolliert vor dem Hotel stehen (Witterung, Diebstahl, Beschädigung, Akku-Nachladung nicht möglich)!
