The staff, especially Lazaro and Magaly at the breakfast restaurant, were very friendly and helpful, and the ocean view is gorgeous. I might complain about the hot water, but I didn't need it; some people might not like the lack of hot water.

El show de la quebrada. El cuarto era demasiado ruidoso, el ruido por motociclistas al exterior hasta altas horas de la madrugada no deja dirmir; el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, pese a reportarlo no hicier8n nada para resolverlo; la ducha era incomoda, en una bañera pequeña y baja donde había que agacharse para ducharse; la televisión tenía maña recepción y muy pocos canales. En general bastante menos de que lo que se espera

The view of the ocean was nice. There is no ADA access or elevators, so my wife struggled to walk up and down the stairs.

The view is amazing, just as the name suggests, at all hours. For every activity you want to do, you have to climb a lot of stairs. It's really not recommended for a wheelchair user.
