Great breakfast, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. No complaints.

The spot was spot‑on, and the night was completely quiet—noises at all. It felt like a genuine “old school” place. The only hiccup was that card payments weren’t accepted, which I totally get given the location and the lack of internet.

The lodge is excellently situated in the middle of the National Park, a good base for exploring Czech Switzerland, with direct access to trails leading to the most interesting attractions, both on foot and by bike. Getting there by car is hassle‑free. The building feels a bit old; it’s not a 5‑star hotel, but that’s not the point in such a location. The restaurant serves good food, and the breakfasts are okay.

Great food, friendly staff, and a top location right in the woods! The rooms and bathrooms are simple, but the inn is very cozy, where you can sit together in the evening.
