Breakfast ought to be included in the nightly rate so guests can rely on it; there was a wardrobe in the room; the music was too loud late at night, making it hard to sleep; cats wandered around the tables where guests sat.

The room was spotless and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and dependable; however, the hotel’s age shows in the need for renovations, with many water stains on the walls that suggest past leaks, an old and worn bed, and the most alarming issue was the bathroom water, which was visibly brown and dirty—unacceptable; when the air conditioner was off, mosquitoes flooded the room, and the door handles were hard to use, with the bedroom door even locking me inside because of a faulty handle, a safety concern that needs immediate repair.

There was nothing positive to mention; the building is very old and in a state of disrepair compared to what was advertised on the booking site; cats were roaming freely as if they were guests themselves, which made me leave the hotel quickly.
