Peach Hill Resort - SHA Extra Plus, located near Kata Beach, offers mountain and Andaman Sea views. The resort features three outdoor pools, two restaurants, and a fitness centre. Rooms and villas have private balconies, contemporary Thai décor, and satellite TV. Select rooms have private spa baths. The resort is 15 minutes from Patong Beach and 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

The room was cleaned well, but the steep uphill walk to the hotel was exhausting in the heat, especially during a long stay. On two consecutive mornings, I was woken at 6:40 a.m. by phone calls from reception because of a technical issue that never got fixed, so I had to unplug the phone. I couldn’t order room service at all during my 11‑day stay, and construction noise rang from morning until evening.

Honestly, almost nothing worked. We booked the Deluxe Avenue Wing, but it was under renovation when we arrived, so why was it available to book? Check‑in took almost an hour even though we arrived on time. We were moved to Peach Blossom, a cheaper room that had a poor view and was uncomfortably hot. The lift malfunctioned, making it hard to bring children up and down. Housekeeping was awful: for three days our bedsheets never changed, and fresh towels and bottled water were never supplied even after we asked for room cleaning. We had to keep calling reception for basic needs. Breakfast was terrible, and the overall service was far worse than our previous stay. We asked for a late checkout and offered to pay 50 % for an extra four hours, but the hotel refused and wanted the full amount. This isn’t the Peach Hotel we’ve been to before; the service, cleanliness, and overall experience have seriously declined. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The pool was clean and nice, but the hotel sits on a very steep hill, making it tricky to get in and out, especially on foot. We were moved to a different room because of construction, and it was far from the main entrance, which was annoying. No Wi‑Fi password was provided in the room, and when we tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp they didn’t respond.

The location was close to all the activities I love (beach, hiking trail to Big Buddha, authentic Thai restaurants). The hotel arranged a ride to the beach and the airport. The price was very reasonable for what you get. A for an amazing experience – highly recommended! The only downside was that the shower water pressure was a little low.
