The location is exceptionally beautiful, and the breakfast room has a panoramic view. It feels quite dated and the renovation is lovingly but imperfectly done; you just don’t notice the flaws if you don’t look closely.

The hotel is modern and very appealingly furnished, everything is tidy and clean. Comfort is simple, but you can add many extras. Good breakfast selection, free parking at the house. The view from our room and the breakfast room of Ulm is fantastic, and the silence is amazing! Usually we book stays in the old town for city trips, and the walk to the cathedral/old town is 20 minutes, back up 25 minutes, which was really worth it. We didn’t have much contact with staff because we used the key‑safe for arrival, even though we arrived at 15:00. It would be nice if the gate to the parking lot were closed.

The room was small but tastefully and practically arranged; the breakfast was great, and the view from the breakfast room was perfect for staying longer – simply fantastic!
