Morial Convention Center, the Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center offers 24-hour front desk service, a complimentary buffet breakfast, and an indoor atrium courtyard for relaxation. Each room features a seating area, swivel flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea machine. The hotel is 6 minutes from Caesars Superdome and 20 minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

The food selection was good, but the hallways could use a vacuum. The noise level in the hallways was noticeable.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the staff were awesome—friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, there is no designated parking garage for the hotel, so we had to pay someone to park for us, and the restaurant advertised in the elevator was not available.
