Rooms have warm yellow and red décor, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms with 24-hour hot water. The hotel offers a restaurant serving regional specialties and fine South American wines, a games room, business centre, and tour desk, 4 km from Mariscal Lamar Airport and 100 metres from the financial centre.

Breakfast is okay but not a buffet; you can choose how you want your eggs and order a coffee refill. They offered me a pastry along with the dish, but you can still go hungry. The cleaning is decent but could improve. There is street noise in the rooms that face forward.

The reception guy was friendly and let me into my room right away even though I arrived early. Breakfast was disappointing—no choices, just eggs and a drink, which felt below average. The room itself wasn’t clean; I found something under the bed. They claim to have a gym, but it’s basically a joke.
