“Hausboot Urlaub traumhaft”

The location is great, the city center is within walking distance and so are the restaurants. The houseboat is partly outdated, with loose screws on the terrace rail. Inside the houseboat it’s nice, but all fixtures are wobbly because the rings on the taps are broken. The toilet needs renovation, as there are unsightly stains on the wall, mainly behind the toilet.

The location and vibe were great, with very good equipment. Minor repairs are needed—water taps, loose window handles. Cleaning could be better.

“Hausboot "Luisa"”

The spot at the outer end of the pier offers a free view of the water and sunset, which is lovely. The furnishings and gear were good, all necessary appliances and utensils were present and basically functional. The fully glazed living/dining area with a small terrace is great. The beds are comfortable and large. Even a grill was free to use. However, you can tell the boat and its equipment have been in use for several years. Maintenance is lacking, especially for everything water‑related… in our case the fixtures were limescale‑covered, broken or loose, and we had to completely descale the coffee machine—coffee wouldn’t flow. Nothing critical, but these details bother the otherwise good overall impression because they’re used daily. The outdoor area lacks upkeep—spider webs everywhere, bird droppings on the windows… maybe we were the first tenants of the season…!?

“Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub”

The location is excellent. The toilet walls are heavily soiled. The water fixtures are broken. The toilet seat is loose.
