Overall it was fine, but there’s no nearby parking spot.

The room was clean and welcoming, but parking was a real hassle. I drove to Pistoia, parked under the building where a narrow lane ran on both sides and I didn’t notice it. The tow truck and fine cost me 200€, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but if you’re driving, watch where you park.
