I liked the spot of the hotel, but the TV was broken and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Service was solid and everything ran smoothly, so I had no complaints.

The hotel itself is pretty quiet, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the smell drifting over from the nearby BMC made the location less appealing.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful, which set a good tone for the stay. The downside is that the place is a bit out of the way and there’s no breakfast or restaurants close by.
