“Not worth it, better hotels and service elsewhere”
The views were great, the suite was nice and the service was good whenever I needed something. I was annoyed to discover upon arrival that you can’t just sit by the hotel pool without a reservation, and that it was already booked for the day of my arrival. I still went for a dip, and for an hour there were plenty of free loungers, but I wasn’t allowed to sit on any at the front because they were “reserved”. The hotel seems to be trying to upsell to guests who are not staying there. The picture below shows empty beds that hotel guests can’t just use. The music by the pool is so loud, and the hotel let in a hen do on the second day, which is loud and disruptive for guests who just want to relax. The food is average. While the room is nice, I would stay somewhere where guests are a priority.
“Excellent location,”
The location and room facilities were fine. The food options were limited and the restaurant felt understaffed.
The hotel looked gorgeous and the room was superb, but you have to buy something at the pool on Saturdays and Sundays to get a lounge chair or a bed by the water, which feels unfair given the price of the night; also, the DJ played from 5 am until around 21:30‑22:00 by the pool, making it hard to find peace and rest during events.
“Prima”
The location was great, the staff were super friendly, the tent was beautiful and clean. Paying for a sunbed after 3 hours of use and also having to do so during a specific time while you’re already paying a lot for your stay is annoying.
“Décevant.”
The view was good. The cleanliness was terrible – we found stains on the sheets, sofa cushions, the carpet, and even on the tablecloths for meals. It was impossible to access the benches near the pool without consuming or reserving beforehand at reception. The music was extremely loud (an awful mix of techno/house) both at the pool and in the restaurant/lounge. Sometimes it took an hour to receive the dish we ordered, and the service was very slow.
