The spot is smack in Davis, and the place got a fresh remodel inside and out. The AC, however, was a nightmare—loud, inefficient, and it couldn't cool the room when the outside temperature hit 101, so we couldn't sleep well. It did drop at night, but with no window to open and a lot of homeless around, we probably wouldn't have opened it anyway. The breakfast was a huge joke!

The location in Davis is perfect for grabbing restaurants, cafés, and walking to the university, plus free parking. The room is spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping schedule wasn't daily; when I checked in I saw a sign saying it started from the third day, which was unclear at booking. The carpeted floors definitely aren't to my taste.

I love this place, right in the middle of downtown Davis. It’s super convenient to walk everywhere, including the campus. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only downside was the smell when you first walk into the room.

Great options for breakfast and snacks available all day. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced.
