The breakfasts were fantastic, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and my room and bathroom were spotless. However, because the hotel allows pets, there was an unpleasant smell lingering in the room.

The breakfast was great and varied. The property was very clean and the location was perfect for relaxing. The only downside was the lack of information about detours due to the bridge that was destroyed by the flood.

The biggest advantage of the property is the very nice and competent staff. In particular, Mrs. Kasia is amazing with her evening animations. The gentleman from the restaurant and the lady at reception are both highly skilled and helpful. I also recommend the restaurant food, which is prepared with care and is fresh. The hotel offers many conveniences. The only drawback is that there is no fridge in the room.
