The place isn’t in the city and doesn’t overlook the city; it overlooks old buildings, taxis struggle to find the hotel, breakfast is modest and you can’t get extras—everything extra is charged, even coffee. At reception they won’t arrange a taxi to the city or mall, only to the airport, which I found absurd; the photos on Booking don’t match reality.

The hotel was clean, freshly renovated, and cleaned daily; the rooms were spacious, the elevator was in a quiet area, and it was easy to reach the nearby 7/11. There was a restaurant on site, but unfortunately it isn’t halal, so it doesn’t suit Muslims. The reception was friendly and there was a laundry service. However, there was no safe for valuables, no wardrobe, and no kettle in the room.

The hotel is comfortable and practical, ideal for families with children, and it’s a stone’s throw from everything! The area is strategically located near the old town but not in the chaos. The staff member was fantastic at check‑out; we had to leave earlier than breakfast time and she accommodated us. Highly recommended.

We loved the superb location, the clean and comfortable hotel, and the great breakfast – I’d add a sweet option next time, though it was already plentiful and high‑quality. After three nights we left for a night, returned two days later for a short trip, and the hotel stored our large luggage without any hassle; the staff member who helped us was wonderful at giving advice and assistance. It’s perfect for families because the area is quiet yet just steps from everything, and we have no complaints.

We were pleased with the friendly, helpful staff who made us smile and provided a warm welcome. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room so we could brew a cup of coffee right after waking up. Thank you, and we’ll come back.
