The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool was fantastic and the place is truly within walking distance of everything, including good restaurants; however, my room was on the third floor with no lift, the bathroom felt old and dated though it was clean, the buffet was very limited to noodles, and the pool loungers were filthy with big mould stains.

Great location with everything close by, but the suite I booked (room 122) had a terrible view and the bathroom smelled bad.

“Hotel perfecto en el centro de Kuta”

The hotel is very central yet you don't hear the city noise, the facilities are beautiful, the rooms spacious, and the beds quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and I'd definitely come back. The sink looks old but it was clean.

The location is great, the architecture is truly unique, breakfast includes vegetables and either pork or fish depending on the day plus hard‑boiled eggs, and check‑in was welcoming with friendly staff.

Établissement que nous fréquentons depuis plusieurs années car vraiment très bien situé à Kuta. Proche de la plage des restaurants des boutiques tout en étant isolé du bruit de la circulation. Malheureusement depuis 3 ans il y a des travaux et cet été c était très pénible : bruits de marteau disqueuse tout l aprem. Impossible de se poser 1h tranquille au bord de la piscine Qualité très moyenne du petit déjeuner et si vous arrivez à 9h il n y a plus rien, ils ne réapprovisionnent pas le buffet. Selon les chambres, des problèmes d évacuation et d odeurs dans les salles de bain. C est dommage car l endroit est vraiment très bien situé, il y a une super laundry avec une dame incroyable, et ils gardent les bagages toute la durée de votre voyage ce qui est très appréciable.
