The breakfast was really disappointing – four items were tossed together on a table, and to get coffee you had to go to the bar and ask because, as the barista said, “there are still about a hundred people who need to get off, we can’t bring it to everyone.” The room was old and not very welcoming, and I found several hairs on the sheets. For a four‑star hotel I expected better.

Breakfast was fine and the staff were courteous. The shower was dirty and the details were poorly taken care of; it was too hot at night, drying my throat and ruining my sleep. The pillows were cheap, low and uncomfortable.

The cleaning was good and the reception staff were welcoming. Even though I had already mentioned my lactose intolerance when booking, I found no suitable products in the morning, with the staff citing the availability of salty items as the reason.

The location was strategic. The hotel does not live up to its four‑star claim: rooms were dusty, bathrooms were heavily worn and lacked bidets, with a shower box that had slipped from the floor. Heating was almost nonexistent; if you lock the key and return at the end of the day, the “penguins” greet you without any trouble – not something I’d want to repeat. The breakfast was decent, not top quality but still offered a variety of options.
