The location is good and the staff are friendly, yet the building feels old and almost dilapidated, the rooms have an unpleasant odor, indoor games advertised are missing, and the food is only marginally palatable.

Parking is available, but the rooms have a noticeable smell.

The staff are courteous, polite, and very helpful, but the property is in a poor state of maintenance; it would be more valuable if properly cared for. It does not feel like a 4‑star hotel at all, and the approach is not great with cramped roads, making it risky to travel by car.

I had a disappointing experience with this property. We had booked a balcony room with a view, but when we arrived, we were given a family room instead, which led us to decide to cancel our stay. The parking lot was also very narrow, like a garage, and the winding roads leading to the property were so tight that I worried about damaging my car.
