Disappointing stay. We expected a private apartment but found shared living spaces, disconnected kitchen appliances, and an AC that failed to keep the room comfortable, reaching 27°C (80.6°F) at night despite it being 23°C (73.4°F) outside. The shower was lukewarm, and our attempt to resolve these issues with the owner was unsuccessful

The place was spotless and brand‑new, just a short walk to the Sassi, and the host was super friendly and helpful – highly recommend it!

The cleaning, design, and maintenance were flawless in a new building, the location was great, right near the main square, with free parking and a fantastic bakery just 10 m on the corner. Everything was perfect.

Everything was spot‑on: the location, the new building, the apartment’s cleanliness, the room and bathroom were spectacular! I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera, and there’s nothing that isn’t working.
