The breakfast was very complete with local products, and the staff were helpful even though no one spoke French.

The central location and the folk‑style charm of the hotel with its large breakfast buffet were great, but the walls in the breakfast room were over‑painted.

We knew the location was perfect for our needs, and while construction is happening everywhere in Saas‑Fee, the hotel couldn’t do anything about it; the room was large enough with plenty of storage, the bathroom was really spacious and bright thanks to the window, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We especially want to highlight the extremely friendly staff, and overall it was a successful stay—nothing was missing.
