It’s a little off the beaten path with plenty of quirks, but that’s not a bad thing; it’s quirky, quiet, and comfortable.

It’s close to where I needed to be, quiet, the Wi‑Fi was decent, and there was a full‑size dresser. It’s nice to walk around the property, but there was no television or microwave in the room, no TV in the common area, no private bathroom, no comfortable chair or sofa in the room—only one folding chair at the table—and absolutely no USB ports anywhere.

I love this place—it’s a bit eccentric in the best way. Rustic and great value. The owners really try to give the place to the renter, which I appreciate. The rooms are very nice, very large, lots of light, and the beds are very comfortable. The wood pellet stove creates a nice space in the morning. I like having a guest fridge, a very nice coffee station, and the ability to use the kitchen. This was my second stay and I definitely will return. The only tiny thing I didn’t realize was that the room would warm up with the door closed, not open. ;)

The room was fine, with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was far away and the walls offered almost no sound isolation.
