The spot was decent, but the staff were unhelpful and ended up charging me for parking even though my reservation included it.

The front desk, restaurant, and breakfast staff were all very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and breakfast was excellent, though the cost felt steep.

I stayed in downtown Lancaster, but there were a few homeless people in the vicinity.

I was annoyed by the noise from other guests and the housekeeping crew.

The location and front desk were appealing, yet the shower wouldn’t drain, the air conditioner was noisy, and I had to reset the door key every day.
