The staff were helpful, but couldn’t assist because Booking had not processed the reservation correctly. Even though I had a confirmed booking from Booking, it wasn’t forwarded to the hotel. I’m curious how Booking will handle my payments.

I had a small mix‑up with the booking; the hotel couldn’t find my reservation, but the front desk staff were very patient and helped us find a way to contact the booking site. We waited a long time for the booking site to resolve it, but I still want to praise the hotel’s service attitude—excellent. The accommodation, cleanliness, and overall experience were all reassuring. The hotel is close to the subway and convenient for travel. However, as soon as I entered the room there was a cigarette smell, even though the entire hotel is advertised as non‑smoking. The next day, I smelled smoke in the hallway. I hope the hotel can improve its enforcement.
