The location was great—easy access to the freeway and shopping, and the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. The bed could have been softer; it was just okay, which works for most people but I personally wanted a bit more cushion.

The staff were amazing and made me feel at home during my stay, but the account manager was terrible at explaining the bill and made me feel stupid when I asked questions, so that part was not good.

Everything was amazing—friendly staff, a modern vibe, well‑furnished rooms, and an excellent continental breakfast. Nothing was lacking.

Access to the swimming pool, quick check‑in, cleanliness, and nice staff were all great, though breakfast was basic but still decent.

The location was ideal for getting to the bay and was quiet.
