“大満足”
The lighting in the room was plentiful and worked great when I was applying makeup. The toilet was a bit small for my body, but it wasn’t a problem.

Being close to the station made it very convenient. I would appreciate a cheaper breakfast.
The service was good, but the parking lot was full and I had to spend time looking for a spot far away.

Even though the station right outside made me think it would be crowded and hard to get in, it turned out to be fairly easy; I could handle dinner and souvenir shopping at the station in one go, the night was quite quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted good. A large public bath would have made it even better.

The hotel is fine and the location is also good, near the train station. The reason for my rating is explained below. I had told them in advance that I wanted to know about “early check‑in” and they gave me the price. The day before, at 8 am, I told them I wanted to check in 2 hours early, i.e. at 1 pm, not at 3 pm, and they replied at 8:30 pm saying it wasn’t possible and that I should arrive at the normal time, but I had already bought a train ticket to arrive at that time. Of course I told them I had already bought my train ticket and would arrive then. When I arrived, I told the front‑desk lady that it was not at all professional for them to tell me that “early check‑in” was not possible so late, and that if they had informed me earlier I could have organized myself, and that she should check if they had any free rooms. She checked and finally they gave me a room, and when I went up I saw that there were many rooms free that were being cleaned or had the door open, and at the reception there were more people like me who were told no… I don’t know if there is a lack of cleaning staff, but the organization seemed terrible. The bad part is that the story doesn’t end there because I organized everything in the room and when I went back up at night, the ventilation made a terrible noise and they moved me to a room three floors below, so I had to carry all my clothes and luggage again.
