Walkable distance to light house beach. Fair pool. Renovation's was on going and disturbance of sound, Foul smell in the provided rooms, Unclean, Hot water access is limited as per time 6am-6pm, Hotel pictures uploaded in is fraudulent content/misleading, WiFi access was very very limited, in 2 nights stay -Room services only provided when required, complimentary Buffet breakfast is not so catchy

We were denied rooms at the hotel and were told to stay at a nearby small hotel. There was no breakfast, no pool, and I was asked to cancel my reservation at Travancore Palace and take a room in the small hotel. They took Rs 1500 from me and gave me no bill.

Very bad hotel experience. There was no hot water during my stay. The breakfast was extremely poor, with only one item available. The front desk staff was very rude and seemed interested only in collecting money rather than providing customer service. Basic amenities were missing, including toilet paper, dental kits, and shaving kits. There were lizards roaming inside the room, a large number of mosquitoes, and even bed bugs. After complaining three times, my room was finally changed, but the new room was also in poor condition. The door mat was so dirty that it looked as if it had been taken from a public dustbin. The hotel advertises a restaurant, but after check-in I discovered that no restaurant was actually operational. Security is another major concern. There are no cameras in the guest areas, and the hotel takes no responsibility if guests’ belongings go missing. Despite all these issues, when I requested just a one-hour late checkout, it was immediately refused. The staff is highly unprofessional and lacks basic hospitality knowledge. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are traveling with family, avoid staying here. If you are visiting for official or business purposes, do not choose this property. I booked a 3-day stay , and many of the facilities and services mentioned online were misleading or completely unavailable. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had
