The central location is great, and the rooms are cozy and very clean.

The beach is close by, but the surrounding area is unfortunately dirty. The property would benefit from having a personal plate, cup, and kettle to brew water.

The building feels very welcoming inside, the room is well‑ventilated, comfortable, and a strategic spot for walking from the historic center to the seaside. There are many routes to explore the city’s courtyards. Services are convenient—near a pharmacy, fruit shops, and a wide selection of hairdressers. Not to mention the historic night‑time breakfast and the traditional morning breakfast at Bar Monte Bianco. Overall, a fantastic experience, especially with the host Gaetano who was very helpful despite my late check‑in. The room was super clean and cozy.

Our host was exceptional. Even though we arrived late, he took time to chat with us and was very welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. He served a great breakfast. I have nothing to add—highly recommend! Parking in front of the property is possible.
