The room cleaning was awful; the bath towels seemed like they’d been used for years. The pool was a major letdown—my kids were upset, and we could only use it once because it was so deep at 1.4 m, not suitable for my 1 m tall son. The sauna was moldy and had a few mosquitoes. Overall, the pool was the most disappointing part of the stay.

The gym was well-equipped and the staff were friendly and responsive. However, the Deluxe room (1304) felt outdated, and the whole night was noisy from the hotel’s central air‑conditioning system, not the room’s own AC. The breakfast was not to my liking at all, and cleaning wasn’t done even after I asked at reception. It felt more like a hospital wing than a hotel.

The service was excellent; they welcomed us with a friendly smile, and everything was very clean and pleasant. I loved the breakfast variety, especially when Yunus, the chef, kindly offered to prepare a special meal for me. There was nothing I didn’t like—everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good, but more local dishes like Gozleme and Pude would be great. The staff at the sauna, Turkish bath, and other facilities seemed to push customers to spend extra money. There was also a shortage of bell‑boys to help with luggage.
