The lobby and parking lot were clean and the location was good, but the parking lot smelled like drugs right when we arrived, and the mattresses were old and worn.

The location was great and the staff were excellent—front desk and breakfast prep were all very professional, making the stay more enjoyable, but one of the two elevators was out for several hours, loud teenagers were on the 5th floor on August 15, and door closings were noisy multiple times; none of this was the hotel’s fault.
