Très bel hôtel, beau équipement, des petites attentions pour les enfants. Emplacement idéal pour aller au zoo. Petit déjeuner au top. Personnel attentif. Suite spacieuse et lumineuse!. Presque un sans faute si ce n'est quelques manquements niveau ménage dans notre suite et l'absence de porte entre l'espace nuit et le salon
Because the casino is attached to the hotel, it feels like you’re sleeping in Las Vegas; if that’s what you want, it’s a great spot, especially for a one‑night stay.

The staff welcomed me warmly and the hotel’s location is ideal for reaching the Thermes and nearby restaurants. My room was clean and quiet, parking was free, and the breakfast was excellent and varied. I also liked the direct access to the casino entrance. The only drawback was that spa access costs an extra 15 euros for hotel guests, which feels a bit pricey.

The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant served high‑quality, tasty food, with staff who were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that a 100 euro deposit must be paid in advance for the rooms, which is refunded later, but still a bit inconvenient.
