The place was very welcoming and clean. The bathroom and room were spacious with all the necessary items. Breakfast featured local products and a variety of options for every taste. What made the stay special were the owners, Daniele and Loredana, who treated us like friends rather than guests, giving plenty of tips on how to explore the city and sharing their enthusiasm for Palermo. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Nothing to complain about – everything was perfect.

The owners were very polite and the place sits right by the harbor, making it an ideal starting point for walking around Palermo. The breakfast was great 👍, and after the last Americano I headed home. The only thing that could be improved is that the room doesn’t have a sea view.

This was our best stay so far. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We always felt comfortable with the lovingly prepared breakfast. Good conversations made for a nice start to the day. The rooms are super furnished, everything modern and clean. The location is perfect, all sights are within walking distance. We’d love to come back. It’s a shame we can’t give more than 10 points. 😃

The hosts were absolutely charming and provided useful information about the area and sights, which was very helpful. They were warm people. Breakfast was lovely, and I tried a specialty cake from Palermo on their recommendation – the “Iris cake” was delicious, even though I don’t live there. The room and bathroom were super clean and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. The location was a bit hard to find; it’s in the pedestrian zone and a taxi driver pointed me the wrong way (not the hotel’s fault!). A photo of the entrance would help, even if sent after booking. The reception area to the multi‑use complex looked a little tired, but don’t let that discourage you.
